This is to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company has appointed Mr. Suprabhat Chakraborty Practicing Company Secretary as Secretarial Auditor of the Company for a period of 5 years commencing from 1st April 2025 untill 31st March 2030. It is to be noted that this appointment is subject to the approval f the Members in the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
