With Reference to the above letter from from KSIDC received by us through email dated January 7 2025 (copy enclosed) we wish to inform you the following:1. KSIDC has withdrawn the nomination of their current Nominee Director Shri. Prasanth Raghunathan (DIN 02113647) resulting in vacation of his office as a Director from our Board.2. in his place KSIDC has nominated Shri. Hari Krishnan R. IRTS Executive Director (DIN : 10762540). as their Nominee Director on the Board of our Company. The above changes will be placed for consideration in the forthcoming Board Meeting and the necessary actions will be carried out in compliance with the applicable provisions of Companies Act 2013 and SEBI Regulations.This Intimation is being made pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015.
