In accordance to regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 and in connection to the public announcement dated November 29 2024 and November 30 2025 pertaining to acquisition of shares of M/s. GSB Finance Limited (the Company) by Mr. Vivek Singhal Mr. Kshitij Agarwal M/s. Nivesh Mandi Private Limited and M/s. Stock Mandi (collectively known as Acquirers) it is hereby informed that the Company has received the consent of the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) approving acquisition of 55.25% of the paid-up equity capital and control of GSB Finance Limited.
