Public issue of 27,13,600 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10.00 each (Equity Shares) of Innokaiz India Limited (the Company or the Issuer) for cash at a price of Rs. 78.00 per equity share including a share premium of Rs. 68.00 per equity share (the Issue Price) aggregating to Rs. 21.17 crores (The Issue) of which 1,36,000 equity shares aggregating to Rs. 1.06 crores will be reserved for subscription by market maker to the issue (the Market Maker Reservation Portion). The issue less the market maker reservation portion i.e. net issue of 25,77,600 equity shares aggregating to Rs. 20.11 crores (the Net Issue). The issue and the net issue will constitute 26.54% and 25.21% respectively of the post issue paid-up equity share capital of the company. The face value of the equity shares is Rs. 10/- each. The issue price is 7.8 times with the face value of the equity shares.
