Public issue of 12,500,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 each (Equity shares) of Manpasand Beverages Limited (The Company or The Issuer) for cash at a price of Rs. 320 per equity share including a share premium of Rs. 310 per equity share, aggregating Rs. 400.00 crores (The Issue). The issue shall constitute 24.97% of the fully diluted post-issue paid up capital of the company.The face value of the equity share is Rs. 10 each.

Objective of issue

Setting-up of a new manufacturing facility. Modernization of existing manufacturing facilities. Setting-up of a new corporate office at Vadodara. Repayment/prepayment of certain borrowings. General corporate purposes.
