Public offer of 9,00,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each (equity shares) of Shree Krishna Infrastructure Limited (the company) for cash at a price of Rs. 13/- per equity share (including a share premium of Rs. 3/- per equity share) (the offer price), aggregating to Rs. 1.17 Crores (the offer) through an offer for sale comprising of 5,45,819equity shares by Mr.Ravi Rajiv Kotia and 3,54,181 equity shares by Mr. Amit Rameshbhai Kotia, of which 50,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each for cash at a price of Rs. 13/- per equity share, aggregating to Rs. 0.06 Crores will be reserved for subscription by the market maker to the offer (the market maker reservation portion). The offer less market maker reservation portion i.e. Offer of 8,50,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each for cash at a price of Rs.13/- per equity share, aggregating to Rs. 1.11 Crores is hereinafter referred to as the net offer. The offerand the net offer will constitute 30.00% and 28.33% respectively of the fully diluted post offer paid up equity share capital of the company.The face value of the equity shares is Rs. 10/- each and the offer price is 1.3 times of the face value.
