We wish to inform you that pursuant to Regulation 30 and 33 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held today i.e. on 28th January 2025 inter alia have considered and approved the unaudited financial results for the quarter/nine months ended December 31 2024. A Copy of the Unaudited Financial Results in the prescribed format reviewed by the Audit Committee and approved by the Board of Directors along with the Limited Review Report issued by the Companys Statutory Auditors for the quarter ended December 31 2024 is enclosed herewith. Concerning above and under Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 the Board of Directors at their meeting held today have inter- alia considered and approved
