Announcement Under Regulation 30 (LODR) - Approval Of Central Government Received For Appointment Of Mr. Frederic Rene Martin As Managing Director

This is in furtherance to our letter dated September 23 2025 wherein we had informed about the intension of the Company to make an application to the Central Government seeking an approval for the appointment and remuneration of Mr. Frederic Rene Martin (DIN : 11210964) as the Managing Director of the Company.Pursuant to the provisions Regulation 30 and other applicable provisions of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 please find enclosed herewith a copy of the letter received from the Central Government approving the application for the appointment of Mr. Frederic Rene Martin (DIN : 11210964) as Managing Director of the Company for the period of 3 (three) years i.e. from August 1 2025 to July 31 2028.Please note that the said approval letter from the Central Government has been received today i.e. December 9 2025 via email.Kindly take the same on record and acknowledgement the receipt.
