With reference to the closing of trading window and in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 the Trading Window period shall be Closed from 1st January 2025 and end 48 hours after the declaration and publication of Un-audited financial results of the Company for the third quarter ending 31st December 2024 become generally available information.
