KEI INDUSTRIES LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 21/01/2025 inter alia to consider and approve This is in continuation of our earlier communication dated December 31 2024 intimating you about convening of meeting of the Board of Directors on Tuesday January 21 2025 to inter-alia consider and approve the Un-Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ended on December 31 2024.This is to further inform you that the Board of Directors will consider a proposal for Interim Dividend for the financial year 2024-25 at its meeting scheduled on Tuesday January 21 2025.Pursuant to Regulation 42 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 the Interim Dividend if declared shall be paid to equity shareholders of the Company whose name appear on the Register of Members of the Company or in the records of Depositories as beneficial owners of the shares as on Monday January 27 2025 which is the Record Date fixed for the purpose.
