Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 we would like to inform you that Company has acquired land admeasuring 74000 sqm from RIICO at Industrial Plot No SP3-45 & 6 at Industrial Area Salarpur Khairthal-Tijara District Rajasthan for an amount of Rs. 93.58 crore approx which will be used for future expansion.
