Dividend stocks: M&M, Bajaj Holdings, 46 others to go ex-date next week
Dividend stocks: Among the announcements, Swaraj Engines has declared the highest final dividend of ₹110 per share, with July 3, 2026, as the ex-dividend date

Shares of Mahindra & Mahindra, Tech Mahindra, Bajaj Finance, Bajaj Finserv, Bajaj Holdings & Investment, SKF India, Swaraj Engines, Maharashtra Scooters, Thermax, Escorts Kubota, Bharat Forge, Union Bank of India, and a host of other companies are set to remain in focus in the coming week, from June 29, 2026, to July 3, 2026, on account of their dividend announcements for shareholders.
According to the BSE, shares of all these companies are scheduled to trade ex-dividend during the week.
Among the announcements, Swaraj Engines has declared the highest final dividend of ₹110 per share, with July 3, 2026, as the ex-dividend date. This is followed by Bajaj Holdings & Investment's final dividend of ₹80 per share and Maharashtra Scooters' final dividend of ₹60 per share. Bajaj Holdings has also announced a special dividend of ₹50 per share, while JSW Dulux has declared a final dividend of ₹50 per share.
SKF India has declared a final dividend of ₹40 per share, while Tech Mahindra has announced a final dividend of ₹36 per share. Mahindra & Mahindra and Escorts Kubota have each declared final dividends of ₹33 per share, with July 3, 2026, as the ex-dividend date.
Further, SML Mahindra has declared a final dividend of ₹23.50 per share, while Gloster has announced a final dividend of ₹20 per share. Thermax has declared a final dividend of ₹14 per share along with a special dividend of ₹6 per share. Kalpataru Projects International and Balaji Amines have announced final dividends of ₹11 per share each. BF Investment and SKF India (Industrial) have declared final dividends of ₹10 per share each.

Grovy India has announced a final dividend of ₹0.10 per share, while Lloyds Enterprises has declared a final dividend of ₹0.05 per share.
