Stock Market LIVE Updates: Jubilant FoodWorks share price dipped as much as 3.83 per cent at Rs 655 per share on the BSE in Tuesday’s intraday trade. This came after the company received a tax demand worth Rs 70.79 crore from the Income Tax Department. 

 

“The company has received a final assessment order for FY 2016-17, raising tax demand of Rs. 70.79 crores on account of certain Transfer Pricing Adjustments. Impugned assessment order shall be appealed before the Income Tax Appellate Tribunal (‘ITAT’). The company expects to get relief from ITAT.
