Pursuant to Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 and further to our letter dated 29.01.2025 we write to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held today the 06th February 2025 inter alia approved the following matters:a) Unaudited Limited Review (Standalone and Consolidated) Financial Results of the Company for the 3rd Quarter ended 31st December 2024 along with Limited Review Report submitted by our Statutory Auditors- Messrs. Basu Chanchani & Deb Chartered Accountants.b) The extract of the aforesaid financial results in the prescribed format to be published once in English and once in Bengali newspapers within stipulated timeline pursuant to Regulation 47 of SEBI (LODR) Regulation 2015.
