Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we would like to inform you that the proposed setting-up of 150 KL per day grain-based Ethanol Plant of the Company has been completed. Regular trials and final level testing have been started and the commencement of commercial production will be intimated to the Exchange accordingly.
