Pursuant to Regulation 30 and other applicable Regulations if any of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 (hereinafter referred to as SEBI Listing Regulations) this is to inform you that Mr. Suresh Arora who was appointed/re-appointed as Whole Time Director of the Company for a period of 3 years w.e.f. June 14 2022 has completed his tenure as Whole Time Director of the Company with effect from the close of business hours on June 13 2025.In this context we would further like to inform you that Mr. Suresh Arora will continue to be associated with the Board of Directors of the Company as Non-Executive Non-Independent.Relevant details in connection with the change in designation of Mr. Suresh Arora as per Regulation 30 of SEBI(LODR) Regulations 2015 are enclosed herewith as Annexure-1
