Pursuant to regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulation we are hereby submitting that the proposed scheme of arrangement has been approved by the equity shareholders with requisite majority in the NCLT convened meeting of equity shareholders held on 14th July 2025 at 11:30 am (IST).
