Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we wish to inform you that in compliance with the SEBI Master Circular dated June 23 2025 and other circulars issued in this regard the Company has completed the dispatch of the personal letters to all identified shareholders of the Company holding shares in physical mode with a request to complete their KYC Details with Company / RTA. A copy of Certificate from the courier company certifying the completion of Dispatch of aforesaid letters and copy of the letter are annexed herewith.
