Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR)Regulations 2015 we wish to inform you that the term of the appointment of Mr. Prem Sagar Mr. Vinay Kill Mr. Kanwal Nain Malhotra and MS. Sarada Hariharan as Independent Directors of the Company has ended on 28th September 2024. Consequently Mr. Prem Sagar Mr. Vinay Killa Mr. Kanwal Nain Malhotra and MS. Sarada Hariharan have ceased to be Directors with effect from from the Conclusion of the 41st AGM.
