Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 as amended read with Circular No. LIST/ COMP/01/2019-20 dated 2nd April 2019 the trading window for dealing in the Securities of the Company shall remain closed from 1st January 2025 till the expiry of 48 hours after declaration of the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended on 31st December 2024.The Trading window shall open after 48 hours of declaration of the said results. The date of Board meeting for declaration of the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended on 31st December 2024 will be intimated in due course.
