Viviana Power Tech Limited has informed the Exchange about the Company has acquired 75% equity Shares of AARSH TRANSFORMERS PRIVATE LIMITED on 17th September, 2024. Accordingly, the Company has become Holding Company of AARSH TRANSFORMERS PRIVATE LIMITED. As per the directions of stock exchange and required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), Regulation, 2015, revised detailed disclosure has been enclosed herewith as Annexure 1.
