Welspun Corp Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 28/05/2025 inter alia to consider and approve (i) Consider and approve the standalone as well as the consolidated audited financial results of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended 31st March 2025; (ii) Consider and recommend Final Dividend if any on Equity Shares of the Company for the financial year ended 31st March 2025; (iii) Consider raising of funds by issuance of Commercial Papers / Non-Convertible Debentures on private placement basis
