Don't rule Kashmir at gunpoint, warns Ghulam Nabi Azad (P-1)

New Delhi, July 18 (ANI): The Congress Party on Monday warned the Centre not to attempt to rule Kashmir at gunpoint. Party leader Ghulam Nabi Azad, who initiated the debate on the violence in Kashmir following protests over Hizbul Mujahideen commander Burhan Muzaffar Wani's killing on July 8, said that he was deeply hurt with the present state of affairs in Kashmir.

He said the prevailing situation in Jammu and Kashmir has many aspects, including the internal situation and the role of state and central governments, besides external forces.
