Exiled Tibetans call on new UN chief to resolve conflict with China

Dharamsala, Jan 10 (ANI): The Exiled Tibetan government wrote to the newly appointed United Nations Secretary-General Antonio Guterres and appealed to the international body to reaffirm its commitment on the resolutions adopted by its General Assembly on Tibet. China has ruled Tibet with an iron fist since People's Liberation Army troops marched into the region in 1950.

Beijing considers Tibet an integral part of its territory.
