Families refuse to accept bodies of Indians killed in Iraq demanding Government's financial aid

Siwan (Bihar), Apr 03 (ANI): Bodies of five Indians, who were killed in Iraq, arrived in Bihar's Siwan on Monday. Families of the deceased denied accepting the body and demanded financial aid or job by the government.

Shyam Kumar, kin of deceased Adalat Singh said "We won't take his body home until Government assures financial help in survival of family". Poonam Devi, wife of deceased Sunil Kumar said "He was the lone bread earner and now I want job for survival of our children".

Families of two deceased refused to accept the body, seeking assurance of financial assistance. District Magistrate Mahendra Kumar said "We will try to make them understand.

They will be provided all possible help as per the rules".
