Haryana Assembly polls: Congress releases manifesto

Chandigarh, Oct 11 (ANI): Ahead of Haryana Assembly polls, Congress released election manifesto on Oct 11. Congress leaders Ghulam Nabi Azad, Selja Kumari and former state CM Bhupinder Singh Hooda were present. Haryana Assembly elections will be held on Oct 21.
