Surat (Gujarat), Dec 02 (ANI): Taking a jibe on the controversy surrounding 'Hindutva', Union Finance Minister Arun Jaitley on Saturday said that the BJP has always been a pro-Hindutva party, adding that why would one prefer a 'clone' if the original is available. Cornering the Congress upon the controversy, the Union Minister said: "There is a basic principle of politics.

If the original is available, why should people prefer a clone." The Minister added that grand-old Congress Party is slowly becoming extinct, while the saffron party has maintained its credibility.
