India-Sri Lanka bolster maritime security and trade; Lankan PM cites historic bilateral bond

New Delhi, Sep 15 (ANI): While delivering a joint press statement Sri Lanka Prime Minister Ranil Wickremesinghe said India-Sri Lanka is to bolster maritime security and trade also cited historic bilateral bond of the two countries. Wickremesinghe also cited his country's democratic strength and termed it as an all party decision to further strengthen ties with India.

He also said both the nations have also addressed the fisherman issues and aim at arriving at a time bound solution. He also stated all the security forces must work in tandem for both the nations' peace and prosperity.
