Jat quota: Congress criticises PM Modi for being silent

New Delhi, Feb 21 (ANI): Congress leader Kumari Selja on Sunday lashed out at Prime Minister Narendra Modi for remaining silent over the agitation in Haryana by Jats, demanding reservation in government jobs and educational institutions. Selja added that despite being present in the country, it seems PM Modi is not here.

Another Congress leader Ashok Tanwar appealed to the Jat community to maintain peace and allow the system to function normally. Meanwhile, another Congress leader Kiran Chaudhary alleged that few unsocial elements are trying to pollute the atmosphere, adding that they are spreading the violence under a conspiracy.
