Kapil Sibal raises question on PM's 'Make in India' initiative

New Delhi, Apr 25 (ANI): Congress veteran leader Kapil Sibal on April 25 raised a question on Prime Minister Narendra Modi's 'Make in India' initiative by giving an example of Rafale fighter jet deal. He said that PM Modi talk about Make in India, the fact is everything is being made outside the country.
