New Delhi, May 04 (ANI): As coronavirus lockdown begins from May 04, Delhi Secretariat partially opened. Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal and other ministers reached Delhi Secretariat for a cabinet meeting. Requisite arrangements were made for the staff as their thermal screening is being done at the office. Lockdown 3.0 begins form May 04 with considerable relaxations issued by the Ministry of Home Affairs.

Amazon Web Services on Friday announced that seven generative AI startups from India have been selected for its global Generative AI accelerator program.
The selected Indian startups -- Convrse, House of Models, Neural Garage, Orbo.ai, Phot.ai, Unscript AI, and Zocket, are among the 80 companies selected by AWS worldwide for their innovative use of AI and their global growth ambitions, according to a release.
The Indian cohort also marks the highest number of startups selected from a country in the Asia-Pacific region for the AWS Global Generative AI Accelerator programme.
As part of AWS's USD 230 million commitment to drive the creation of applications worldwide, the AWS 'Generative AI Accelerator program' provides startups, especially early-stage companies, with AWS credits, mentorship, and education to further their use of AI and machine learning technologies.

Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma on Saturday called upon proscribed ULFA(I) head Paresh Barua not to indulge in any activity that will jeopardise the future of the youth when the state is poised to "become a powerhouse" in the next ten years.
The planting of bombs across the state on August 15 is a "matter of deep concern which may affect the ongoing growth and development of the state", Sarma said at The Assam Tribune's Dialogue 2024' here.
"We are marching strongly and resolutely. I am sure if the state remains peaceful, the eco-system remains the same and there is cooperation and enthusiasm among the youth, then we will become a powerhouse in India's landscape in the next ten years'', Sarma said.
There is, however, deep concern regarding the planting of explosives across the state, he said, adding, "I take this platform to urge the ULFA(I) chief not to indulge in any activity that will jeopardise the future of the state's youth".

Agitating junior doctors on Saturday sent a mail to the West Bengal government expressing their wish to hold talks with Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee to resolve the RG Kar impasse.
The mail was sent hours after the chief minister paid a surprise visit to them at their site of the demonstration outside 'Swasthya Bhavan', the health department headquarters.
"We are willing to hold a meeting with the chief minister anywhere and anytime to resolve the impasse. We welcome her visit to us this afternoon. This is a very positive move. We have sent a mail to the state government," one of the agitating doctors said.
He, however, did not clarify whether they are still sticking to their earlier demand for "live streaming " the entire meeting.
But, he said, "We want transparency.
