NDRF, Forest Dept rescue mud-stuck baby elephant in Assam's Kampur

Kampur (Assam), May 11 (ANI): Teams of National Disaster Response Force (NDRF) and Forest Department successfully rescued a baby elephant which was stuck in a thick lake in Assam's Kampur district.

The calf was crossing the railway tracks with its mother when the baby jumbo fell into the lake and got stuck in the beel covered with water hyacinth.
