People must speak up and voice one's own opinion: Chidambaram

New Delhi, Feb 26 (ANI): Congress leader P. Chidambaram at his book release function of 'Standing Guard - A near in Opposition' on Friday, said that there very only a handful left who had the nerve to speak up and voice their opinions.

He also said that the UPA Government had the best decade of growth in India's history from 2004-2014. Chidambaram said that instead of a narrative of economy, India has a narrative of intolerance and instead of co-operation, a narrative of confrontation.

He concluded by saying that a king must listen and embrace his critics and that a king must be very fearful when there are no critics around.
