PM gives examples of Hindi being used at global level (Part-2)

Bhopal, Sep 10 (ANI): Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Thursday inaugurated the three-day 'World Hindi Conference' in Bhopal city of Madhya Pradesh. PM said that the language of Hindi has been creating an impact globally.

Modi named a few countries which have been working towards promoting the language as the numbers of speakers have increased globally. Modi also said that film industry has contributed a lot towards spreading the Hindi language worldwide.

He then highlighted some facts and figures that more than 90% languages of the world are prone to extinction by the end of 21st century, which should be taken as a warning for the country. Modi also stated that language should be modified using technology to keep it preserved and let it flourish.

This conference is being organized jointly by the Foreign Ministry and Madhya Pradesh government. This is the tenth edition of the conference.
