Bhuj (Gujarat), Nov 27 (ANI): Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Monday lashed out at the Congress Party for celebrating the release of 2008 Mumbai attack mastermind and Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT) chief Hafiz Saeed.
