Protests erupt outside KIMS Hospital after doctors allegedly send alive patient to morgue

Hubli (Karnataka), Jan 09 (ANI): Family of a patient, who was declared dead by Karnataka's KIMS Hospital in Hubli but was later found alive, staged a protest in front of the hospital alleging negligence by the doctors. The victim, Praveen Mule, was brought to the hospital after a road accident, he was declared brought dead and the authorities kept his body in a freezer of the mortuary for hours.

When his relatives came to see the body, they were shocked to find Mule alive. He was rushed to a nearby hospital where the doctors stated that he could have been saved if he was brought an hour earlier.
