Rajasthan villagers forced to lock water containers to avoid theft

Bhilwara (Rajasthan), May 31 (ANI): The scarcity of water in a few parts of Rajasthan has forced its residents to opt different methods to keep the water protected from getting robbed. In Bhilwara's Paras Rampura village, locals have started locking up their water containers to avoid water theft.

The villagers received drinking water once in a week from Hindustan Zinc Limited. The massive shortage of water has led to cases of stealing water in the region.

Hence, the locals are compelled to keep their water drums and containers locked to keep it safe.
