TMC workers stop Rajdhani Express to protest against Sudip Bandyopadhyay's arrest

Cooch Behar (WB), Jan 07 (ANI): The Trinamool Congress (TMC) workers on Saturday stopped the New Delhi-Dibrugarh Rajdhani express train in protest against Sudip Bandyopadhyay's arrest. The TMC workers got on railways tracks at Cooch Behar Railway Station of West Bengal and blocked the way of the train, thus causing inconvenience to passengers.

Huge protests and massive demonstrations were held across the state after the arrest of Bandyopadhya earlier this week. Bandyopadhya was arrested by the CBI in Kolkata on January 3 for his alleged involvement in the Rose Valley Group's ponzi scam.
