Gorakhpur, U.P., Jan 07 (ANI): Uttar Pradesh, which remains synonymous with backwardness, is too growing with leaps and bounds and Rudrapur village going cashless is a testimony to it. After Prime Minister Narendra Modi's demonetisation move, the common man is trying its best to adopt the digital practices and this village in U.P.

is the first of kind to go cashless. A look at one of the medical shops and a Paytm board on it tells it all.

To spread awareness on the same, a Jan Seva Kendra started it all by telling the locals and the residents how to use Paytm and online banking. From general merchant shops to tea stalls, people in this small village have resorted to make all transactions using Patym.
