Udhampur DCP takes out drive against open defecation

Udhampur (JandK), Mar 11 (ANI): To promote the use of toilets and make people aware about the ill effects of defecating in open, Jammu and Kashmir's Udhampur Police has taken out a cleanliness drive. The drive was taken under the 'Swachh Bharat Mission' where, Deputy Commissioner Udhampur, Ravinder Kumar constituted five teams in five different blocks of Udhampur district with an aim to curb open defecation .

The DCP said, "Our main aim of the drive was to make people aware about the use of toilets. Here we are working with the community.
