Without creative voice, society will become stagnant: Venkaiah Naidu

Bhubaneswar (Odisha), Oct 06 (ANI): Vice President Venkaiah Naidu attended World Congress of Poets 2019 in Odisha's Bhubaneswar on October 06. While speaking in event, he said, "Art usher creativity in society. Without a creative voice, a society will become stagnant. It will simply become noise. Noise without voice is of no use."
