Emotions fill Harare streets as Zimbabweans celebrate Prez Mugabe's downfall

Harare (Zimbabwe), Nov 19 (ANI): Scores of Zimbabweans flocked the streets of Harare to celebrate the fall of President Robert Mugabe, who led Zimbabwe since independence from Britain in 1980. Singing, dancing and hugging soldiers in an outpouring of elation, people praised the efforts of the army and sought freedom.

People of different age group and from all walks of life ran alongside the armoured cars and troops. The streets of Harare were flooded with emotions as Zimbabweans spoke of a second liberation for the former British colony.
