SKY INDUSTRIES LTD.-$has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 12/11/2020 inter alia to consider and approve and take on record the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended September 30 2020 and to consider and approve the issue and allotment of 240000 equity shares of face value of Rs.10/- each pursuant to conversion of 240000 convertible warrants issued on Preferential Basis to Mr. Shailesh Shah Promoter of the Company.
