Goblin India Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on June 13 2020 inter alia to transact the following business:
1. To recommend & approve issue of Bonus shares to the equity shareholders of the Company.
2. To approve the proposal of Migration of Company from SME platform of BSE to Main Board of BSE Limited.
3. To consider the appointment of Internal Auditor of the company.
4. To consider the appointment of Secretarial Auditor of the company.
5. To consider the appoint of Company Secretary & Compliance Officer of the Company.

Further Pursuant to Clause 4 Schedule B of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 (as amended) in sync with the clarification issued by the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) vide circular dated April 02 2019; it is hereby intimated that the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company was closed for all insiders and their immediate relatives
covered under the code with effect from April 01 2020 and shall be opened 48 hours after the declaration of Standalone Audited Financial Results and half-yearly results of the Company for the financial year and half-year ended March 31 2020.
