1. Issue of Bonus shares to the equity shareholders of the Company will be further discussed in the next board meeting as it is still under consideration of the management.
2. Proposal of Migration of Company from SME platform to Main Board of BSE Limited will be finalized subject to all regulatory confirmations and approvals from the exchange. The Company is seeking some clarifications from the exchange and their response is awaited. Hence the matter shall again be taken in the next board meeting.
3. Appointment of M/s V.H.V & Associates Chartered Accountants Ahmedabad as Internal Auditors of the company.
4. Appointment of M/s Mehta & Mehta Company Secretaries Mumbai as Secretarial Auditors of the Company.
5. Approved the appointment of Ms. Renuka Keswani as the Company Secretary & Compliance Officer of the company with effect from 13 June 2020.
