At the crack of dawn every day, Shailendra Singh hits the empty streets of Mumbai. This has been a routine for the last two decades and the joint managing director of Percept, the entertainment, media and communications conglomerate, says with some pride that he hasn't missed a single sunrise in all the years. "I start my day by cycling along the Worli sea face and from there I go to the Babulnath temple to witness early morning rituals performed by the pandits."
And it isn't just the sunrise; Singh is equally fascinated with the sunset and has created specific areas within his house where he can sit idly, observing the sun go down over the Mumbai skyline.
Such piety, especially from someone who's quite a regular on Page Three, may seem a little unbelievable. But Singh confesses to being a multi-faceted personality. "I may have gone to sleep at 2 am, but I still get up to watch the sunrise
