It seems an 'eager to please' Budget, says the actor

What is the most striking feature of the Budget?

A lot of what the FM said was prefaced by "I've not made any big decisions but a bunch of little decisions." It seems an 'eager to please' Budget, but I don't think it's going to please the right people.

What could have been better?

The FM set aside Rs 200 crore for the Sardar Patel statue and only Rs 100 crore for the Beti Padhao Beti Bachao Yojana. Maharashtra does not have entertainment tax for theatre, so theatre flourishes there, I would like to see that in other states also.
