Yoga, swim and reflexology.

An upcoming residential building in Nagpur that has been designed by my friend Kapil Gupta. It's striking!

Depends on who's buying! Moet is nice.
Best gift received
Advice from people smarter than me.
Best gift given
My two bits on how to live your life.
Favourite cuisine
French and Italian. Delicious simplicity!
Which food items do you like to shop for?
Cheese and some new organic breads.
Newspaper, TV channels and websites you prefer?
TV is a waste of time. Nytimes.com is probably the best news site for me. Caravan magazine is very good for a long read.
Where do you like to sit when being driven? Upfront with the driver or back seat like sahib?
I prefer the front seat unless I have to read.
On a plane do you prefer to network, sleep or catch up on films and reading?
I watch a lot of films usually.
Fancy coffee or masala tea?
I rarely need caffeine, but green tea is preferable.
What do you cook on your day off?
A nice big salad with figs. And some spaghetti with fresh tomatoes.
Are you a beach or a mountain person?
Swimming in the sea is my favourite holiday.
Your favourite city
I truly love Mumbai in spite of all its flaws. And I love Los Angeles.
What's your fragrance?
Colognes are too strong and artificial. I keep it natural.
You get your work clothes from
My fabulous tailor, Avinash.
The gels, oils and lotions you swear by
I only use organic, chemical-free products. Most natural brands work.
Your favourite evening wear
My (in)famous V-neck t-shirts or a nice printed shirt.
What's your weekday and weekend breakfast like?
Fruit, carrot juice, and either eggs or muesli, depending on how late lunch will be. Weekend is the same.
God for you is...
Freedom of expression in all its myriad forms.
Your workout regime
I try to do something every day, which means I end up exercising four times a week - yoga, swimming and functional training.
Your ideal holiday
A beautiful beach, a good book and some stimulating company.
A few of your goddesses are
My mother. I haven't met any other heavenly beings yet.
Your favourite motto
My current one is: understand your core dream, and follow it no matter what. There's nothing else worth living for.
