It comes as no surprise when LATIKA KHANEJA, director, Collage Sports Management, lists her golf set as one of her most prized possessions. She says that her love for golf has grown over the years and golf sets from Ping are her favourite. The set in question is “something which I bought a couple of years back, and is extremely lucky for me”, she says. A complete golf set from Ping will cost you about Rs 3.5 lakh, but it contains some of the finest drivers, putters and irons, which look stylish and are extremely light and easy to use.

Apart from her golf set, it’s her car that she loves most. And who can blame her? The machine in question is a Bentley Continental GT 100. It’s the envy of many and Khaneja bought it last year. Since then, she says, she has become even fonder of it. “It was always a dream to get a Bentley, so when I bought one I was delighted,” she says. The car, according to Khaneja is elegant, grand, luxurious, and has everything one looks for in a luxury car. Since she already has her dream car, she doesn’t intend to splurge more on automobiles, though she says with a laugh, “Maybe a Ferrari one day would be nice.” The Bentley costs a cool Rs 1.5 crore.

Khaneja says that her cupboard is full of quite a few of her favourite things and like any woman, she loves her bags and shoes. Although she has no particular preference of brands, she keeps picking up new items every couple of months.

A diamond ring which she always wears is another favourite. “Like for most women, diamonds have always appealed to me too, but my ring is something really special.” And though it’s not her favourite, one thing that she can’t live without is her Blackberry phone, which costs between Rs 15,000-30,000. After all, when work and play come together, you do need to stay connected all the time.
