Aarti board approves merger with ACDL unit

The board of directors of Aarti Industries Ltd (AIL), a leading manufacturer and exporter of chemicals and pharmaceuticals, has given in-principle approval to formulate a scheme for merger of the manufacturing division of Anushakti Chemicals and Drugs Ltd (ACDL) with itself.
